My career began in 2003, migrating accounting systems from FoxPro to VB.NET in Kanpur. Since then I've delivered enterprise platforms for Honda, Suzuki, and ISUZU at NIIT Technologies, led IT across four business verticals at IFFCO Kisan Sanchar, and now head Innovation & Emerging Technologies at PCS Infinity — where I bring GenAI, RAG search, and agentic AI into enterprise SaaS.
Along the way I noticed a pattern: organizations don't fail at technology because it's hard — they fail because nobody bridges the gap between what's technically possible and what the business actually needs.
That bridge is what I've built my career on. Two decades and dozens of platforms later, I still work the same way: understand the business first, then architect the simplest system that gets it there.
